Keep all your leaders up to date as often as you can with any and all information, events, dates, purpose of your different ministries, etc. so that you're not the only one with information and the only one advocating your youth ministry program. Prepare an army of folk to share the word. Phil also has an information area in the church lobby and we all direct parents and students to that board to get the latest info.
